Chuck Pierce: Prayer Focus & Reports on Israel, Ramadan & High Holy Days of Israel
By Chuck Pierce, Glory of Zion

May the Lord bless you with all of His blessings that He has stored for you in heavenly places.  We at Glory of Zion International could not have accomplished all that we were assigned from Heaven to do this year without you!  By the time you get this email and begin to read, we may have ended the Hebraic Year 5766 and have participated in the “blowing of the trumpets” that ushers in the year 5767, the year of the “Clash of the SWORD of the Lord.” 5766 has been a year to “Stake our claim for the Future.”  As we move forward into 5767, He is ready to sharpen you and develop your identity for the future. This email is fairly long but is worth your reading and participation to understand the times. It includes: The Israel Report, How to Understand Ramadan, the Jewish High Holy Days Explanation and a 30 Day Prayer Focus.

We are entering Rosh Hashanah, the Head of the Year celebration.  This is a holiday of giving.  There is a  great power and release in giving.  To enter fully into the “Head of the Year Celebration” and the blessings and the anointing of the year ahead, we each should give a special gift.  If this is the ministry you choose to be aligned with during this time then we would love to receive your gift. I thank each of you who support us.  Remember, we pray for you weekly.  So please do not hesitate to contact us by calling (888) 965-1099 when you order materials or email your request to chuckp@glory-of-zion.org.   This is a year that we will be moving forward to establish this ministry in a new way.  We have placed an offer on 30 acres of land so we can better develop a place for you to be aligned with in the future.  You can give by going to https://www.glory-of-zion.org/secure/gift.asp or by calling (888) 965-1099 or (940) 382-7231.

Rosh Hashanah begins on the evening of September 22. ROSH HA-SHANA, the "Head of the Year," is marked with two holidays.  Jews eat apples dipped in honey and wish each other "Shana Tova!" (A Good Year).  This fall feast has become the "Jewish New Year."  Rosh Hashanah heralds the beginning of the "civil" new year. Modern Rosh Hashanah is traced back to the so-called “Feast of Trumpets,” the sounding of the trumpets on the first day of the seventh month (Tishri) of the religious calendar year (Lev. 23:24; Num. 29:1). Ramadan, the Muslim holy month which includes prayer and fasting, also begins this year at the same time.  This year there is a war in the heavens over who will control the sound in the earth realm.  You can order two Issachar School courses on Sound, Movement and Warfare from our Webstore.  These are taught by Robert Heidler, JoAnn McFatter and me, with the GZI worship team demonstrating the release of sound and the new song of the Lord.

ISRAEL REPORT
We completed our trip to Israel. This was a wonderful trip with a wonderful team. Thank you for praying and giving. We have been able to assist the Messianic Church in Israel since the Lebanon war.  One team member gave me this report: “One of the things that I saw in each place we stopped to pray is that we were always somehow positioned on a wall.  Over and over the Lord manifested this sign as our position of prayer.  I was also acutely aware of the acoustics or the delivery of sound from the wall position in each place we prayed.  There were many places where we were watched while we prayed.”

While in Israel, I took part in the “Toward Jerusalem Council II” meeting.  This is an initiative of repentance and reconciliation between the Jewish and Gentile segments of the Church. Our vision is that one day there will be a second Council of Jerusalem that will be, in an important respect, the inverse of the first Council described in Acts 15. Whereas the first Council was made up of Jewish believers in Yeshua (Jesus), who decided not to impose on the Gentiles the requirements of the Jewish Law, so the second Council would be made up of Gentile church leaders who would recognize and welcome Jewish believers in Yeshua back into the Body of Messiah without requiring them to abandon their Jewish identity and practice. The "Toward" indicates that we do not have the authority to call such a Council, but we can work and pray for those who can. The ultimate purpose in unifying the Body and restoring Jewish believers to their rightful place is in preparation for the coming of the Lord Yeshua in glory and the full accomplishment of His work of redemption in the Kingdom of God. This meeting will be to make known to church leaders and Christian scholars the restoration of the Jewish segments of the church (the church of the circumcision).  The three days of meetings on September 12-14 were very interesting. I was one of those chosen at the end to bless the Council as they moved forward.  I also committed to walk with them as the Messianic Church continues to arise.  (PLEASE ORDER ROBERT HEIDLER’S NEW BOOK CALLED: “The Messianic Church Arising: Restoring the Church to Our Covenant Roots!”  Visit Glory of Zion at www.glory-of-zion.org for more details.)

The team shared the following: “We took three stakes with us. We knew that we were to ‘VAV’ or stake with a tent peg three places and pray for the ‘Peace of Jerusalem’ and decree that the future of the land of Israel and the people be secured.  We drove the first stake on the Mount of Olives where Jesus was reported to have taught his disciples to pray, the Pater Nostra.  There we drove a ‘VAV’ into the place where a whole new way of prayer was birthed.  The ‘Lord’s Prayer’ modeled the loosing of praise and worship out of relationship as an acceptable sacrifice.  It addressed God as Father, and a whole new way of speaking to the Lord was opened to us all.  As we drove this ‘VAV’ into the ground we prayed that the Lord would draw out His lines of prayer and intercession in new ways.  We asked Him to birth new strategies and open new paths of prayer for the generations.  The second stake we were to plant was for revelation and we gave this ‘VAV’ to Chuck as he attended the Toward Jerusalem Council II meetings and it was planted by him there. The third stake for worship will be planted on the Temple Mount by a woman that is part of a prayer team that goes to the Mount every Thursday morning to pray.  While we were on the Temple Mount we were reminded that Ramadan and Rosh Hashanah both begin on the same day this year and that this intersection would begin the clashing of the swords.”

Anne Tate, one of our team, shared: “I learned some new principals of intercession preparing for and going on this trip.  The Lord had spoken to me to pray a Hannah watch for 10 days prior to entering Israel during the Midnight Watch.  During the time I was in Israel, I saw the Lord conceiving new things and have us enter into labor while we were there.  I felt confident that the Lord’s purposes would come to fullness.  I see a ‘strange work’ coming into fullness in Israel (Is. 28).  The watches we did at Succat Hallel were a prophetic sign of the movements in the night that will cause ‘the breaking of the day’.”

Every where we went it seemed it was the  time for the gathering of the pomegranates. They were being harvested on the hillsides all over Jerusalem. I am in the process of having an anointing oil made for you so you can receive this anointing. We will also have a pomegranate candle ready by the Head of the Year Gathering. You can order this on the website. The pomegranate signifies healing, overcoming, and prosperity.

THIS IS THE YEAR OF THE SWORD!
Remember, we are still coming full circle.  This year the sword helps us cut our way into that place that the Lord will help us stand and decree victory in the earth realm.  The sword is a symbol of war!  The sword is a symbol of divine judgment!  The sword is a symbol of power and authority (Rom. 13:4)!  We are praying that you enter into a new place of authority and all of your spiritual enemies be overcome. The Word of God is called "the sword of the Spirit"! The sword also represents the justice of God (Zech. 13:7).  The sword represents the protection of God (Deut. 33:29). This will be a year that God deals more harshly with wicked structures. Three scriptures that I will be praying for you are:

1.) Isaiah 41:15-20, especially: “You will be a new, threshing instrument with many sharp teeth. You will tear your enemies apart, making chaff of mountains.”  DECREE THAT YOUR IDENTITY BE MADE NEW.  MAY YOU OVERCOME EVERY MOUNTAIN IN THE PAST THAT HAS BLOCKED YOUR WAY! The Lord Jesus Christ is a sword (Is. 49:2; Rev. 1:16).  May you come into a new, intimate place with Him, and overcome and press through into a new identity.

2.) Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”  DECREE THAT THE WORD OF GOD IN YOU PIERCE AND UNLOCK REVELATION THAT HAS BEEN STORED FOR THIS HOUR!

3.) Psalm 149, (you should memorize this passage) which says: “Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of saints. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the children of Zion be joyful in their King…For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. Let the saints be joyful in glory; let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute on them the written judgment — this honor have all His saints.”  DECREE THAT YOU WILL REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE A DOUBLE EDGED SWORD.  DO NOT FORGET TO PRAISE THE LORD!  May praise overwhelm you this year.

MUSLIMS’ RAMADAN, JEWS’ (and Christians’) ROSH HASHANAH CONVERGE THIS YEAR!
We loved being with Succat Hallel. The ministry, led by Rick Ridings, is wonderful, praying day and night in Jerusalem. Lindy Heidler, from Denton, TX, has been integral in developing the night watch. One of the night watch leaders, Ruben, sent us the following this week: “Two nights ago I felt the Lord giving us strategy for this coming season. The word I heard was: Taking the enemy by surprise. I felt that we should start now to pray concerning Ramadan. I specifically feel a burden to use the watch from 3 am to 6 am to pray concerning this. The scripture that came to me was Joshua 6.15. ‘It happened the seventh day, they rose early, at the dawning of the day….’  When no one expects Israel to move forward, they will.

We feel this Ramadan will be very different. (Read Esther 5.2-3).  The Lord is saying: “I have come to bring an end! I have come to draw a line! I have come to bring an end of mingling the godly with the ungodly, holy with the unholy, the righteous with the unrighteous, lies with truth, light with darkness. I have come to separate the godly from the ungodly, the holy from the unholy, the righteous from the unrighteous, lies from truth and light from darkness. I have come to draw a line between the wicked and the righteous, between the goats and the sheep, between Israel and the nations. I will favor Israel in the midst of the nations. There will be much jealousy stirred in the nations. I have set apart Israel for Myself and set apart him who is godly. The time has come that I will return the shame that the wicked have put on your heads back onto their own heads. I will glorify Myself in him who is godly. I have not come to bring peace to this earth but to bring the sword. The clashing of the swords is at hand. This clash will separate and divide, for My true word will make the difference. Not only will I separate Israel from the nations, but also will separate the sheep from the goats in the Church. Brother will rise against brother and jealousy will burn, but My name will be glorified in him who is godly. I have unsheathed My sword and will not return it to its sheath until it has fulfilled what I sent it out for.”

Ruben then adds: “I saw a sword in the night sky. It was a blazing sword - the sword of the Lord! We began to sing ‘Mercy triumphs over judgment.’ I declared that the sword shall fall on the head of the powers and principalities that hold the Moslems in bondage. My eyes beheld the sword going out and cutting the cords of the tents of Islam. They fell and people came out staring into the heavens, into the stars, seeking for a shelter from the storm that is coming and from the heat of the day that is dawning.  There will be a seeking among the Moslem nations for the dwelling of the Lord.  I was reminded of the story of Gideon when the loaf of bread rolled into the camp of the Midianites [ today, Saudi Arabia (Mecca)] and God breaking in with His Kingdom where there are many Moslems gathered.  This Ramadan will be different. God will establish His Kingdom in a very powerful way.”

The CONVERGENCE
Holy seasons for two of the world’s religions are converging this year. The first full day of Rosh Hashanah, which marks the start of the Jewish New Year, is September 23. The Muslim holy month Ramadan is predicted to begin the same day.  I explain Ramadan below. THE BLOWING OF THE TRUMPETS IS MORE IMPORTANT THIS YEAR THAN WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN RECENT YEARS!  This Feast culminates with the Feast of Tabernacles. Zechariah 9:14 specifically states that the Lord GOD Himself will blow the shofar when He fights in the last days with the Sons of Zion against the Sons of Greece. This is a sound that we must get to know.

On the Feast of Trumpets, or "Day of Blowing" (Yom T'ruah), "You shall have a Sabbath, a reminder by blowing, a holy convocation” (Leviticus 23). The shofar was used as a call to battle (Judges 3:27). It was sounded at the battle of Jericho.  In Joel (2:1), it sounded an alarm on the Temple Mount to herald the coming of the Day of the LORD. In Joel (2:15), it is associated with repentance, the calling of a fast and solemn assembly.  In Psalm 150 it is an instrument of jubilant praise.  Zechariah 9:14 specifically states that the Lord GOD Himself will blow the shofar when He fights in the last days with the Sons of Zion against the Sons of Greece. This is a sound that we must get to know.  The trumpet referred to here was the shofar, a ram’s horn. It was distinctive from the silver trumpets blown on the other new moons. Silver trumpets were sounded at the daily burnt offering and at the beginning of each new month (Num. 10:10), but the shofar specifically was blown on the beginning of the month Tishri. (Probably the silver trumpets were also blown since it was also the new moon.)  It begins the “ten days of awe” before the day of atonement. According to Lev. 23:24-27 the celebration consisted of the blowing of trumpets, a time of rest, and “an offering made by fire.”  YOM T'RUAH--The FEAST OF TRUMPETS begins the season and  ten days later  is YOM KIPPUR, The DAY OF ATONEMENT.  These ten days are known as "Days of Awe," where we are expected to examine ourselves, seek repentance, and make restitution.  Kippur is linked with word redemption. Success occurs when we are centered in God’s redemptive plan for our lives.  By praying and seeking the Lord and allowing the Spirit of God to cleanse us, our vision becomes refined.

We find in Hebrews an interpretation of  the ritual of the Day of Atonement as a type of the atoning work of Christ, emphasizing the perfection of the latter by contrast with the inadequacy of the former (Heb. 9-10). Jesus himself is termed our ‘great high priest’, and the blood shed on Calvary is seen as typified in the blood of bulls and goats. Unlike the Old Testament priesthood, the sinless Christ did not have to make sacrifice for any sins of his own. As the high priest entered the Holy of Holies with the blood of his sacrificial victim, so Jesus entered Heaven itself to appear before the Father on behalf of His people (Heb. 9:11-14).  We find that instead of outward purification, the Spirit of the Lord works on us internally, causing our conscience to be cleansed so we “see” clearly.

The Feast of Tabernacles is known as the Feast of Illumination.  Let the Spirit of revelation rest on you now!  This is also known as the Feast of In-Gathering" (Ex 23:16, John 7:2). This Feast commemorates Israel's passage through the desert. Thanksgiving for the harvest is the most important concept in understanding this Feast (Num 29:12-38, Deut 16:13-15, Deut 31:10-13). The Feast was kept with joy on the return from Babylon (Neh 8, Zech 4:7-10; 3:9; 14:16-17). The people in the wilderness dwelt in tents, not booths (sukowt). The primary design was a harvest feast kept in autumn bowers, possibly first in Goshen. The booth, like the tent, was a temporary dwelling, and so suited fairly to represent camp life in the desert. So Hosea (Hos. 12:9) uses "tabernacles" or "tents" for "booths," when speaking of the feast; the booth was probably used at times in the desert, when at certain places they made a more permanent stay during the forty years. It commemorated, with thanksgiving for the harvest which was the seal of their settlement in a permanent inheritance, their transition from nomadic to agricultural life.

This Feast is referred to in John 7:2,37; 8:12. Jesus alludes to the custom of drawing water from Siloam. Joy was the prominent feature, from whence the proverb, "he who has never seen the rejoicing at the pouring out of the water of Syloam has never seen joy in his life" (Succah 5:1). The Feast was called Hosanna, "save we beseech Thee." Is. 11 refers to the future restoration of Israel.  The Feast of Tabernacles connected with chapter 12 doubtless will have its antitype in their restored possession of and rest in Canaan, after their long dispersion, just as the other two great feasts, Passover and Pentecost, have their antitype respectively in Christ's sacrifice for us, and in His writing His new law on our hearts at Pentecost. Jewish tradition makes Gog and Magog about to be defeated on the Feast of Tabernacles, or that the seven months' cleansing shall end at that feast (Ezek 39:12). Rest after wanderings, lasting habitations after the life of wanderers, is the prominent thought of joy in the feast, alike in its former and in its future celebration.  BLOW THE TRUMPET IN ZION!  We must win the war for sound in the earth this year.

30 Days of Releasing the Sound of Heaven to Neutralize Ramadan and Release the Captives
This is a key time for the blood bought disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ to rise up and pray fervently. In the earth realm we are entering into the Muslim month of Ramadan. Each Muslim fasts from sunrise to sunset.  Fasting is one of the five pillars of the religion of Islam. Please find an explanation below of Ramadan, and a 30 Day Prayer Focus to release Heaven’s sound into the earth’s atmosphere.

Understanding Ramadan
During the Islamic month-long fast called "Ramadan" Muslims neither eat nor drink during daylight hours.  It is a time, potentially, for great intensification of activity by the great evil power which gorges itself on these millions of acts of forced devotion.   In view of the recent new level of stirring by this proud and deadly spirit throughout the world, the Body of Messiah worldwide would do well to be seeking the Lord NOW as to His strategy for the battle ahead of us.

During the fast of Ramadan strict restraints are placed on the daily lives of Muslims.  They are not allowed to eat or drink during the daylight hours nor are they to smoke or engage in sexual relations.  While the outward appearances of this fast may look good, what often occurs is that during the night hours the fast is broken and is often accompanied by raucous activity and gorging.  This activity, when coupled with the daylight fast, seems to reinforce the demonic in the unseen world.  Many Christians in Muslim countries have testified to these facts. Muslims fast as an act of faith and worship toward Allah, suppressing their desires, and abstaining from earthly pleasures. Muslims fast together as a worldwide community to affirm the brotherhood and equality of man before Allah.  The word, ‘Ramadan,’ is an Arabic word meaning intense, scorching heat or dryness, especially toward the ground.  Another definition is “sun-baked sand.”  An additional intent of Ramadan is to scorch out sins with good deeds.  Ramadan releases religious zeal among Muslims of all ages.  Adults take this opportunity to double their rewards from God.  This event is intended to bring a closeness of community with their creator.  Muslims follow the laws of Islam.  The word Islam means submission to God.  The revelation of Islam was given to Mohammed, the praised one.

The last ten days of Ramadan, especially the 27th night, called the Night of Power or Destiny, are considered highly blessed.  This is a very empowering time for those of the Islamic faith.  On a special day at the end of Ramadan, in an act of supreme defiance against the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Who has eternally placed His Name there, tens of thousands of Muslims ascend, en masse, onto the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.  I want to ask that you read the information below, join in the prayer requests, and ask the Lord how you could fast to help break the evil forces being released both through the fast of Ramadan and the sound of the minarets throughout the Muslim world.  The Lord gave me the following scripture in relation to one ‘true’ fast as opposed to the fasting done by many Muslims during Ramadan: ‘Five of you will chase a hundred, a hundred of you will chase a thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you’ (Lev. 26:8).  Won't you join us to see that the evil power released by this fast during Ramadan would be turned for God's glory?  Ask the Lord to visit these people and give them dreams and visions of our Lord Jesus Christ.  If five, or a hundred or even a thousand would join us, we could see a difference!

Many of us do not understand the occult power being released during times of false worship. Emmanuel Kure, a Christian apostle from northern Nigeria where militant Islam reigns, shares the following:  “Friday, the Muslim day of prayer, is a spiritual gate by which Christians can enter into warfare against the spirit of Islam.  Every Friday we rise before 5:00 AM to lift up a cry of judgment against every throne, or principality, that may be released through the traditional Friday prayers of Islam.  The Lord revealed to us that it is on Fridays that dominion for the entire week is established.  He showed us that the kingdom of darkness seeks to establish control in the spiritual realm through the efficacy of Islamic Friday prayers.  We were made to understand that through these prayers, Muslims sow the seeds of the dominion of Allah over cities and nations.  This is why it is typically after the jumat mosque prayers that most of the agitation and violence takes place in many parts of the world, especially in the Islamic nations.  The Lord showed us that if we would battle in prayer against those principalities and powers on Friday, then we would be able to establish control in the spirit realm against their diabolical workings.  We believe that this word from the Lord is not just for Nigeria.  The Church worldwide must begin a concerted and coordinated prayer siege against Islam on their holy day so that the gospel of the Kingdom is not hindered in the nations.  Through prayer and spiritual warfare, we can reverse all the occult manipulations by the spirit of Islam and pray the thrust of the Kingdom of God over the lives of Islam’s followers.”  (Out of Africa, C. Peter Wagner and Joseph Thompson - general editors; Regal Books, December 2003 release)  God is listening for a sound to arise in His people in the earth.  This sound is the cry from Psalm 68:1 that says: “Let God ARISE, let His enemies be scattered…”   (GET THE BOOK REORDERING YOUR DAY: UNDERSTANDING AND EMBRACING THE FOUR PRAYER WATCHES.)

30 Day Prayer Focus to Release the Sound of Heaven to Neutralize Ramadan and Release the Captives:
(This 30 day prayer focus coincides with the 30 days of Ramadan.  If you begin on September 23, you will complete this focus on October 22.)

Day 1: Read Matthew 5:1-12.  Ask God for your heart to be pure as you pray.

Day 2: Read Luke 11:1-8.  Pray the Lord’s Prayer.  Pray this prayer differently.  Declare the sounds of Heaven will release the will of God and penetrate the atmosphere that surrounds you and your region.

Day 3: Read Psalm 47.  Release a hand clap and a shout to the Lord for the victory that is ahead.

Day 4: Read Joel 2.  As God leads, pray this over the specific Islamic nation the Spirit of God quickens in your heart.  Ask the Holy Spirit for dreams, visions, and revelations of Jesus Christ to overtake this people.  Declare that the sword of Islam will be traded for the Sword of the Spirit.

Day 5:  Read and Declare Psalm 60 and Romans 9.  Pray that Christians around the world, including the Believers in Israel, will fervently seek and receive their "marching orders" from Adonai Tzvaot--The Lord of Armies—and that we will receive HIS strategies for dismantling or nullifying those marching orders planned by the enemy for this time period.  Pray that we will move in unity to His beat and in His timing.

Day 6: Read 2 Timothy 1 and Galatians 3.  Bind the spirit of fear that this religion releases.  Superstition controls many aspects of the Muslim’s life.  Therefore, much of their religion is based upon fear.  Bind the spirit of fear controlling the individuals of this religion.

Day 7: Read Romans 8.  Pray that those of the Muslim faith will begin to understand the spirit of adoption.  Muslims believe in submission, but an understanding of adoption by a Holy God is not part of their belief system.
Day 8: Read Acts 26 and II Corinthians 10.  Pray that Muslims begin to understand the concept of grace. Bind the demonic forces that are holding minds captivated to ‘work’ and ‘law’ mentalities.

Day 9: Read Jeremiah 44 and Jeremiah 7:18.  Declare that the pride of the moon god of Islam would be broken and laid low, "together with the trickery of his hands."  Pray that the "unassailable fortifications" of his walls will be brought down, and the millions of people under his cruel dominion set free!!

Day 10:  Read Isaiah 25, especially verse 10.  Muslims have been engaged in illegal excavation under the Temple Mount, their purpose being to build a huge new underground mosque, while at the same time destroying any relics that point toward a previous Jewish presence there.  It is thought that the subterrain is so honeycombed by these excavations that an earthquake of even very mild intensity might cause much of the entire upper surface to collapse.  There is, in fact, some concern as to how the upper surface will be able to withstand the weight of the enormous mass of people expected to gather there at the end of Ramadan.  We are not suggesting that a catastrophe is imminent, and certainly do not wish to imply a desire for such an event, given the great loss of life it would almost certainly incur.  What we do wish to affirm is that the God of Israel, not the moon god of Islam, is the One who will be finally worshipped there (Ezek 20:40-42). When His Hand rests there, the evil represented by the Kingdom of Moab will be judged.  The stage is rapidly being set for El Elyon, God Most High, to accomplish this His way.  It is, therefore, also important to pray that no device of man be allowed to attempt to "assist" in this accomplishment out of God's timing.

Day 11:
Read and declare Psalm 19. As you read this Psalm, make it a declaration that God’s glory will come forth into your house, church, business, city, state, and nation. The heavens declare God’s glory. Enter into Heaven’s declaration.

Day 12: Read Psalm 120.  Declare that the foes of the Gospel will be overcome. May their captives be set free.   Remember that you have the power to bless your enemies, but you must negate the word curses that have come forth from them.

Day 13:  Read Psalms 121 and 122.  Look up beyond your circumstances. Seek Him and ask Him to help you in the area that you need help. Declare that time, the sun and the moon will work on your behalf.  Pray for Israel.  Pray that a new sound arise in the land.  Call forth the song of deliverance that is in the heavens over God’s first fruit covenant land.

Day 14: Read Exodus 19.  Declare that we will begin to hear the true trumpet sound of the Lord.

Day 15: Read Numbers 10.  Let the sound of the Lord that will cause you to move into a new position of victory, come forth.  Also, declare the trumpet will sound over your offerings.  Declare the enemies of the Lord will be defeated, and many will start following after His procession.

Day 16:  Read Psalm 81.  Declare a revival anointing will come into the church you attend and revival praying will begin to occur.  Blow the trumpet at the time of the new moon and declare that harvest will come to your region.  Declare many Muslims will be included in the harvest of the world.

Day 17:  Read Hosea 8.  If you have a shofar, blow it three times.  If you do not, use your voice as one and give three shouts of victory up into the heavens.  Ask the Lord to restore your shout.

Day 18:  Read Ezekiel 3 and 33.  Declare a new watchman anointing will fall upon you and that anointing will come forth corporately in your region.

Day 19:  Read 1 Corinthians 14.  Declare that the prophetic anointing will become pure and clear in the people of God you are associated with.

Day 20:  Read Mark 16.  Miracles speak!  Declare that signs and wonders will begin to come forth producing many salvations in the people of your area, as well as in the Muslim people.

Day 21 Read Genesis 11. Declare that Babel, or confusion, will fall. Pray that the electric supply to minarets throughout Israel and other nations would be cut off or scrambled, etc., so that the call cannot go out.

Day 22:
Read Job 38, especially verses 12-13.  Rise early!  Be up by 5 AM.  Declare the breaking of the day.  Declare the wicked will be shaken.

Day 23: Read Psalms 100, 149, and 150.  Pray that the sound of worship to the Lord would arise in mighty waves from the land of Israel and then permeate through all nations that are in covenant with God.

Day 24: Read 1 Thessalonians 1:5, 8.  Memorize these two verses.  “For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake… For from you the word of the Lord has sounded forth, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place. Your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to say anything.” Declare His word will begin to SOUND forth.

Day 25:  Read Genesis 12 and 15.  Ask God to reveal to you His COVENANT plan for your life and in the earth realm.  The war that we are in is a covenant war.

Day 26:  Read Deuteronomy 20.  Understand the laws of war.  Give a war cry up into Heaven over you life and family.  Give a war cry over the nation that God points you to pray for.

Day 27:  Read Isaiah 40.  Declare that a highway will be paved into the Islamic world and many will begin to get on the highway of salvation.

Day 28:  Read Isaiah 54.  Declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper. Declare no weapon formed against the Church of the Living and Risen Lord Jesus Christ will prosper.

Day 29:  Read Psalm 96.  Sing to the Lord a new psalm.  Let it be a song of salvation.  If you don’t feel comfortable singing your own psalm, sing along to a worship tape or CD.

Day 30:  Read Joshua 6.  Do a Jericho walk around your house or neighborhood.  As you are walking focus your prayers on an Islamic nation.  Declare the walls will fall.

In trying times it is important that we align - or realign - our words (both spoken and written), our thoughts, and our beliefs to line up with the Word of God. When things gets tough we must guard our hearts from agreeing with anything that is contrary to what God has spoken in His Word and prophetically. This article provides some solid Biblical truths to help us align with God during trying times.
The Lord is rekindling an awakening of the Spirit of Intercession in the Body through the telling of the old, old stories of His displaying the love, mercy, grace and power of Christ throughout the ages. We have entered into a season to "recover" all that has been lost, stolen, or left behind in our families, communities and nations.
